Fashion Tailors Menswear (Singapore) Pte Ltd was founded by the late Mr C. Y. Chow in 1939.

Starting out as an assistant tailor in a small shophouse, Mr C. Y. Chow rose up the ranks and decided to further develop his skills & knowledge in the prestigious homes of London's Savile Row.

Seeing the rise in popularity of bespoke suits, he returned to Singapore with the intention of establishing an authentic English tailoring house.

Thus, Fashion Tailors Menswear was born.

Our firm is now managed by his son Mr. Jimmy Chow, who has spent many years learning from his father the well known London drape style of tailoring.

With our long illustrious history of over 80 years, we have provided generations of men in Singapore & abroad with custom bespoke tailoring which includes many distinguished clients.

Our distinguished clients include ministers, such as ex Prime Minister Mr Goh Chok Tong, Minister for Social and Family development Mr Masagos Zulkifli, former President of Singapore C.V. Devan Nair & many more.

In addition, we have served royalties, including the Sultan of Johor, Current Prime Minister of Malaysia Muhyiddin Yassin, Former Vice President of Indonesia Try Sutrisno, Former President of Indonesia B.J. Habibie & many more.
